I think it's called "Coven." The FX site has two brief videos and nothing else. But that one video creeped me out. I'll watch the first ep to see if I like it.
On a lark, I just googled the show. There is more info there. A few of the previous cast is returning.

I know what you mean, Dolphin. But witches appeal to me more that awful asylum from last season. I didn't even make it through ep 1 of that. This will get us in the mood for Halloween!

We watched the episode of BB on Sunday night. It's a family thing, my 19 year old son has caught up on all the seasons. I'm hooked on it. I want to find out what happens- to Jessie and Skylar and for some reason I love Saul (the sleazy lawyer).
Spouse and I have watched a few episodes of Ray Donovan. He likes it, I just can't get into it. I love Paula Malcomson (Trixie from Deadwood). I'll see if it will click with me when I have some time to watch it.
American Horror Story could not be my cup of tea.

The good kind of Breaking Bad: linkI saw this, and I saw the dedication of the episode but didn't understand why. Reading it gave me a big warm and fuzzy.

That was a lovely story, I don't know the characters but I appreciate the their thoughtfulness. Is that Anna Gunn from Deadwood in the picture?

The good kind of Breaking Bad: linkThanks for the link, MCM. What a wonderful thing for them to do. Bryan Cranston seems like a great guy, from interviews I"ve seen. Yes, Anna Gunn does an excellent job as Walter's wife. I'm watching all of Six Feet Under right now (missed it when it was on originally). The one we watched last night had Anna Gunn in it. I've noticed a few actors from Deadwood in there too, and Justified (Randall, LIndsays husband played a priest on a few episodes, took me forever to figure out who that was).

Just watched the 2nd episode of the final season of Breaking Bad, 'Buried.' Random ... but there were 2 Friday Night Lights alumni in the cast plus an unmistakeable Justified catch phrase.

Has anyone been watching "Under the Dome?" I'm not exactly a Steven King fan. I've read a number of his books and lived to rue the day. I absolutely loved "Salem's Lot." Also, "Pet Semetary" made the hair stand up on the back of my neck. I liked "The Stand." That being said, there were others that I could have happily done without.
I missed the first episode of "Under the Dome." But one can catch up. The premise is ridiculous, but I like a lot of the characters. Natalie Zea showed up tonight, looking very pretty and acting very nefarious. She is tied to two of the main characters, Big Jim and Barbie, who are not exactly friends. (I have a habit of falling asleep about ten minutes before the end, so I have to go back and get brought up to speed.) This sometimes happens to older people. Regardless, if you haven't watched the show you may want to catch up on On Demand or another source. I know that some of you are big Natalie fans, and she looks very good here.

It will be on here in less than an hour. I watched the first couple of eps. Couldn't hang in with the show. Then, heard Natalie would appear, so tuned in last week. Bummed she wasn't there yet. Saw her on the commercial for tonight's ep. I know, I don't like anything these days. I don't have much time to watch TV and I don't like shows like this, but I'll watch Natalie. As much as I like Breaking Bad, I'm not a fan of Dean Norris' character. Rachael LeFevre is such a pretty girl. Wish she could act. She reminds me of Minka Kelly in that regard. The last Stephen King thing I saw that I liked was The Green Mile. I'll quit bitching and watch for Natalie. At least I know she's good. She needs to get back on Justified. Update: Natalie does look really good. She plays a character like I've never seen her play (didn't sound like other roles I've seen her in). Until the commercial for next weeks episode. She sounded like Winona in one scene. Ugh, I really tried to like the show (again), and I don't.

It started here last night but I didn't watch it. It is on Channel 5 and they were pushing it like crazy on Twitter last night.....and I thought of how much they DIDN'T push Justified so I let it pass! (cutting off my nose to spite my face you might say!)

Last night's episode of Breaking Bad was sooo good! Did anyone recognize Devil from Justified? (Kevin Rankin) It took me a while to figure out who he was. He's been on the last couple of BB episodes.

Todd (Jesse Plemmons) was CREEPY with his female boss.

Re: BrBa: Yes. I had to convince the spousal unit that it was Kevin Rankin because he didn't sound like Devil. The shootout at the end makes me fear for Hank. Can't believe I'm rooting for Hank.
Any Dexter fans out there as well? Are they going to happy end it for Deb and Joey?? Wouldn't it have been great if they would have cast "Dan Grant" as the U.S. Marshal? LOL

I want to find out what happens to Dexter, but this season has been difficult to watch at times. Someone on Twitter called it "Dexter's final limp over the finish line". I don't think it's that bad, but it makes me want to watch the Trinitiy season again.

I get that. Last season with the Hanks kid was awful on Dexter. Still, anyone who can work with their girlfriend then wife then ex wife while pretending to be their brother deserves some cred.

(don't read further if you have yet to see this one, SPOILER ALERT) oh man, When Skylar told Flynn about his dad it was just heartbreaking...I often thought she was wrong to try to protect him from the truth about his dad...and then the fight in their house, oh my...I was sure someone was going to die right there. And Todd, gets creepier and more dangerous each time we see him. After Walt spoke to Skyler on the phone and called her a bitch, etc, I was fearful for their daughter...we saw Walt at his angriest I think, and we know he is capable of anything to protect himself and now he has no family left, they hate him now, so what will happen next? I still fear for Flynn and for Jesse and poor Marie. Will Jack and crew show up at Marie's house looking for the tape of Jesse's confession, oh no! Only two left, this is not going to end well, but they keep me coming back to see what could happen next. I can't believe that a show so full of evil and god-awful scenarios, has kept me coming back. I guess the story of a good man gone so very wrong continues to be compelling.

Does anyone else think that Walt spoke to Skylar on the phone like that because he knew the police were listening? He was trying to clear her and make it look like she was terrorized into doing the things she did. He realized he had to take Holly back and didn't want Skylar to go to jail and not be able to care for Holly. I thinlk he still has some humanity left but all of his greed and hunger for power is taking him down. Bryan Cranston plays him so well. You hate him but you still feel for him. And Jessie- what's going to happen to him? And the scene with Walt Jr and Skylar fighting with Walter with the knife was wild! That was a very tense episode.

Yes, although I didn't see it that way at first but then realized that he had to know the police were listening, cause Jr called them before Walt left with the baby...and he said what he said in order to place all the blame on himself and try to keep Skylar from being a part of it ...that way she can still have the kids and perhaps Jr will understand that she was forced to do what she did. His last attempt to protect his family, I guess, before he escaped to anonymity with his barrel of money. I was so wound up after watching this...only two left. I can't say I love this show, but it has drawn me in....MUCH, MUCH prefer Justified. but you can't compare them, just so different. And there is no one I'd rather watch than TO.

Yes, Walt absolutely was giving Skylar an out. He knew the police were listening in. I don't know about him taking Holly, if it was planned or thought out. I don't think so. Someone suggested that Walt's cancer could be in his brain or that he has 'chemo brain.' He'd not thinking as clearly as he did, only months ago. Thank goodness he came to his senses and left Holly at the fire station. Anything I thought might have happened was blown out of the water. Jessie? With nothing to live for, would he blow up the lab?
