I second your crap. Oh well, it probably doesn't make much difference. I think the producers intended to marginalize Winona regardless of Natalie's availability. This move just helps us stop deluding ourselves and holding our breath. Just because she may only appear sporadically, doesn't mean she can't/won't be an important part of the story. With both Yost and TO calling her Raylan's 'soulmate' there has to be some way they can bring her in. I'm not giving up hope. Plus, we don't even know if Claire survives S1 of The Following.

Well Natalie Zea got to play pissed instead of just sobby. Wouldn't you love to see her in something not ex-wifey? I sure would.

Natalie just tweeted this and I laughed so hard:
christian turner@lowballexpress1 @nataliezea you knew who Drew Thompson was, didn't you? #BabyGivensMama
Natalie Zea@nataliezea “@lowballexpress1: @nataliezea you knew who Drew Thompson was, didn't you?" No idea what that means BUT we're naming the baby #WinonasFault

Honestly, I didn't think I could like her anymore than I already did...but she's hilarious. She really ought to do a comedy. Her talents are wasted on drama. I think that's why I like her better on Justified, other than the obvious reason...she has a chance, once in awhile, to shoot off a funny line...not much call for humor on The Following.

Talking of humour in an ordinarily po-faced show, has anybody else here caught Walt Goggins' turn in Sons of Anarchy?

I know right, Dolphin....Good Lord....They were picked up for season 2, but I don't get the ending...And personally, I would not of shot that smug bastard in the woods, I'd of buried him alive... Poetic Justice ala Edgar Allen Poe....

I have to catch up on The Following. Though I think Natalie's really good in it (and so are James Purfoy and Kevin Bacon), I havn't been able to get into it. I love serial killer stories (well, Dexter), but this one is not that good. Too many red herrings and such. But I started watching it and I will finish the first season. So much good TV to keep up with now. (except of course I miss Justified A LOT)

I stuck with the first series (because I hate to give up on things) but I doubt if I will watch a second one. It was impossible to become invested in any of the characters because you didn't know if they were followers or when they were going to be killed in a horrible way. As for the ending, I don't know how they expect us to believe that one or both of them survive unless it's either staged or a dream.....and then it just loses any credibility.
