I tried watching Rango on Netflix, but I didn't get to the part with TO, lol. I almost fell asleep. I know I'm going to go see this movie, even its awful, I probably wont even wait for reviews.

Yep, gotta support our guy. TO's scene is very brief and occurs near the end. You can catch it on YouTube:

I thought so too. He's a fantastic actor so I wasn't surprised. He had the most drop dead gorgeous body in that film (very similar to Mr O's actually), shame we only got the briefest glimpse of it in semi-darkness. It makes me wonder why these guys spend so long in the gym (or whatever it is they do to look like that), for such a tiny amount of shirt-off time. And yes, you may interpret this as proper sour grapes!

When does Justified usually start filming? If this thing starts in June and they over-run... I wonder if they'll use the Old Tucson/Mescal lots in AZ for the town stuff. I'll be out there in September. I'll probably just miss it! (

Justified usually starts filming after Labor Day, I believe. Hopefully it's in TO's movie contract that he's done in time to return.

Actually Timothy arrives just after Labor Day and spends time with production and the writers and the cast arrives between Oct 10 - 15th and begin taping. Is he the loyal sheriff or the gunslinger in this new movie....and will he be rocking a stetson?

I hope not. The stetson wasn't invented back in the 1880s, if that's when it's set. He's playing the gunslinger I believe.

Italian Article: linkRough Translation: "It 'been too long since Kurt Russell plays a role really badass. The last one was in 2007 on the occasion of Grindhouse, where in the segment directed by Quentin Tarantino - A Death Proof - dressed in the role of sadistic Stuntman Mike. But now Kurt is coming back. The film, currently in pre-production, is titled Bone Tomahawk. The story of an outlaw who unknowingly leads a band of troglodytes cannibals in the peaceful town of Bright Hope. These savages begin to kidnap several people, including the wife of a farmer, who, to cope with this invasion, he decided to form a small group of men to go into a dangerous rescue mission. At his side are the sheriff Franklin Hunt (Kurt Russell) along with his deputy and a valid elderly gunman. The journey leads them into a dark and hostile territory where the cannibals, equipped with the most sophisticated weapons, reign supreme. Succeed in finding their loved ones and be saved from hell? You will understand that we are dealing with a western horror where we will see gunslingers, ruthless cannibals, blood and death. Wonder no? S. Craig Zahler, signs his directorial debut in a feature film. Bone Tomahawk is instead his second job as a writer, was the first Asylum Blackout. Also interesting is the cast, which in addition to Russell starring Jennifer Carpenter, Peter Sarsgaard, Richard Jenkins and Timothy Olyphant. Shot entirely on location in Utah, Bone Tomahawk was recently acquired by Magnolia, which will release in North America. Filming is expected to begin in August of 2013." I believe the translation is wrong. "a valid elderly gunman" means an invalid elderly gunman. Is that Tim's character???

I will see it, I know, because of Tim...but the plot sounds so unappealing. Maybe I don't have enough imagination. I would hope for a change of pace from sheriffs and guns...let's see something with some real life conflict, depth and romance, I'd be there. I just ordered "Advice from a caterpillar" from Amazon, based strictly on clips I saw on youtube. Not a big fan of Cynthia Nixon or Andy Dick, but I am trying to be open minded, and seeing Tim in this role will I think be worth watching. Maybe I'm the only TO fan who has not seen this? I have been amassing a collection of his movies on DVD...have to have something to look at between seasons. Maybe time to watch season 2 of Damages again. yes!

I saw 'Advice from a Caterpillar' only last year. It's better than I thought it would be ... only because of TO. It's definitely worth seeing, adding to your TO Collection.

Did you ever see him in his academy award nominated role in the indy film The Visitor? it's a good one. Hey, I love that new bare back Seth avi, KYgal

Did you ever see him in his academy award nominated role in the indy film The Visitor? it's a good one. Hey, I love that new bare back Seth avi, KYgal Yes, I saw The Visitor. Good movie, very touching. My daughter introduced me to it. She sees a lot of indie films. (Her favorite actors are Phillip Seymour Hoffman and Paul Giamatti---Kings of the Indies. No Zac Ephrons for her.) She was pretty happy when Jenkins got an Oscar nomination. ( "Richard Jenkins is the bomb!") Now if I could just win her over to Team Olyphant. She keeps resisting. What is up with that? I don't know if she doesn't want to encroach on my late-in-life sweet spot or if she assumes it's just a fleeting (and s-o-o shallow) crush on His Lust Worthiness. But she has declared she's going with me to see his upcoming movies, even "Bone Tomahawk." Glad you like the new avi. TO gives good backside... and shoulders.... and perfect profile. Nothing wrong with a little shoulder blade porn and Bullock-y skin. Nah, my appreciation is not remotely shallow! lol

Is it an actual animated film or fan artwork/wishful thinking?

Thanks for the link, MCM. I'm not sure if this is the kind of movie I usually want to see. I'll see it anyway if Timothy is in it. I watched Peter Sarsgaard on The Killing this season. He was excellent. This definitely has a wonderful cast.
