His listing for "The Grinder" seems to have disappeared from imdb. But it was already filmed! Do you know anything about this? I hope they didn't scrap it.

EW rated the Timothy episode as the must watch show of the week!!!!! Jason Alexander and Timothy are front and center. If we get Timmy in that surfing gear....whooppee.

And I thought I read that TO was playing himself on the Grinder and I was very confused, how that would fit in...? It makes more sense that he is playing another actor who was a part of The Grinder show... I imagine there will be a scene from "the Grinder" with both RL and TO hamming it up... I think this show is pretty funny, especially as RL makes fun of his character while in character, acting clueless...he's good at that. Looking forward to Tuesday...

Watched the premiere. Couldn't get into it. But I'll purchase this episode as I won't be able to watch on Tuesday. Whoa, he looks like he was born in Hawaii. That wet suit fits him like a glove.

Omg he looks beyond sexy beautiful. And yes that line was a Justified classic. He rocked that scene and now can we hope for more flashbacks involving Timothy! Jason Alexander is scheduled for more so why not Timothy?

They could so write another episode for Tim. If they are doing Jason they surely can do Tim. Plus all the press was so positive and Rob and Tim have super chemistry. Ending was so fun! For once his scenes as a guest star were great. The Office I always found lacking....he was better on Mindy kalling but grinder played to his strengths..the Justified reference was a perfect....just perfect!!!!!

Just saw it. It was AWESOME! Not a fan of the show, but I'd watch if TO was The Grinder.

Awesome! I've been watching the show off and on. It's not 'Must-see TV' but it's a nice diversion and funny most of the time. I really like Fred Savage. I do think they've left it open for TO to be a recurring character. At least we may get scenes of him as the new 'Grinder' with Lowe getting more and more PO'd about it. LOL.

Well, now that TO has the "leading role" in the Grinder, hopefully we'll see more of him.
And I hope to see him in his own leading role on television, not just guest spots on other shows.

Hope Fox and other networks watched! Damn he was fun to watch. Would love to see him guest on an hour drama just cause they'd give him more scenes. You can never get too much Olyphant!!!!!!!

Did everyone get that USA note....Olyphant and Alexander return next week? ?? Read the article and tell me I am not dreaming!!!! Love the great positive responses to Timothy. Time for TV to give him another show. FX needs to be shown what they no longer have! We are the wise ones....we know what they all are missing.

thanks for these, very fun to read...i'm guessing some people are not getting the humor of Rob Lowes character...looking at some of the comments...I liked how Jason Alexander explained it in this article...and loved hearing that TO will be back...this will be good "exposure" so to speak, for him...hoping lots of TV people are paying attention. For me, more shirtless TO is never a bad thing!

I hope you get a chance to see this...I watched it again on the Fox website...it was available the day after... I thought Rob Lowe making fun of the tv legal dramas was pretty funny, but this episode really came together, the reality/the tv world/and the people who don't know the difference...can't wait for next week. and the last scene..."Olyphant could be good though, right?"
