Congrats bookperson and Mrbookperson! My parents will celebrate 55 years this December. For my DH and I it will be 14 years on July 10. Some days I consider myself very lucky. Others...well...tolerate is a good word. Luckily, he tolerates me, too.

That's so cooooolll.....I am just a hopeless romantic...I love when a marriage stays
together like clue....CONGRATS to you both...And many many more....My Mom would
have been married 57yrs, now she's widowed....Her parents were married for 60 when
they passed......I just think that's fantastic......And in these days, a rare gem...Nice to see
that Timothy n The Mrs are well on their way to that road..... =)

thanks for the "adding an avatar" info, didn't much like that blank dopey face. Tried to watch a rerun of season 4 last night on FX, started at 11pm with "Outlaw" but the power went out due to heavy wind/rain storm. so disappointed. I guess I will watch DVD of Season one tonight...can't see that too often! I enjoy reading these messages. I used to think I was the only one around with this Timothy Olyphant obsession. Can't get enough.

I stayed up wayyyy too late last night watching the re-runs of S4. No rain on the peninsula last night. I usually just fall asleep watching some science or history documentary...kind of like a college class.
After I popped on Justified there was no sleeping. I just kept opening one eye to watch. LOL. god, was season 4 ever great. It's easy to forget after a few of months, especially since my world was usurped by a big project at work.

My husband and I are currently watching the 4th series...it's the first time he has watched a season on TV and he hates the fact that that he cannot watch all episodes like he has with the others, on DVD. He keeps asking me what happens who is Drew Thompson....my lips are sealed. On the downside we were away last week and I recorded the US pen golf for him...it took up too much disc space and scrubbed all my previously recorded programmes off the disc...all 5 episodes of Justified......our 39 years of married life is seriously compromised!

Congrats, bookperson, on 50 years! Wow! I've been married for almost 28 years, not sure how we haven't ended up killing each other sometimes. Enjoy your celebrations! Mare27- I thought I must be the only TO obssessed person until I found this message board. It's great to find others who think alike!

Audry, I think the word "wonderfulness" applies here. Congratulations! Treasure every day. (Saturday would have been my 45th.) Hope you have many, many more.

Dolphin, I flew by the seat of my pants on this. I don't have any wonderful pictures of Timothy on my iphoto, so all you get is one of me!

Dolphin, I flew by the seat of my pants on this. I don't have any wonderful pictures of Timothy on my iphoto, so all you get is one of me! Great pic, Monday!! You know ... my instructions were for a PC. I didn't know you were using an Apple product. That may be why you're having some problems??? But you did good figuring things out yourself!! Bravo!! I don't have use Apple or iPhoto. (Although I just got a Mini iPad ... my 'expensive Gram's Brag Book.) Sorry I missed that when you were asking for help. That's kind of major.

Dolphin- I use a Mac too. I think your instructions were fine for both PC and Mac. It just took me a while to figure it out because I'm not very good at using my computer to it's fullest ability. And a lot of the time I'm online, I'm using my iPad. I don't think I can do all that with photos on my school-issued iPad (no pics of Tim on there LOL).
Monday- I love your pic! It's so nice to see pictures of the folks I'm talking with.

Dolphin, I just tried to follow what you told me to do and all of a sudden, the picture magically appeared. I have some great pics I would like to share in the "place for pictures thread" but I will first have to scan them to iphoto. (Another challenge. My son has done this for me in the past.)
kmmo, I am probably able to use only a small fraction of my computer's ability as well. When my husband, who taught computer literacy died, he left me with a new G4 Powerbook. This was in 2003. It was "the" computer to have at that time. Before he died he showed me how to get and send e-mail and how to get on the internet. He was too sick to do anything else. I had to take it from there. Friends and relatives made suggestions that I used, but largely it has been trial and error for me. Mac techs don't grow on trees, as you know, I'm sure. My tech lives 45 minutes away. He has been to my house twice and I have called him once and had him help me with a problem over the phone. I really admire people who can do so many wonderful things with their computers, and I thank everyone who has offered help.
