Obviously too excited! Picked up tickets from theatre, kept eyes peeled but no TO, probably enjoying day off. Can't wait to see him on stage tomorrow!

Thank you for another gem. Wonder if he has more work pending? My bet is yes but he keeps it close to the vest!!! Deadwood I do believe will happen. Now could we campaign for a Justified movie? I miss everything about that show.

Just found a video interview from the Gala night. Enjoy!! This guy didn't do enough TO research, I think... He doesn't like to talk about Deadwood much and this was the first time on the stage in 20 years...talk about that, not about Justified and Deadwood. I half expected TO to say something sort of sarcastic...but he remained "charming". I think always better to ask about the future while praising the "present"...forget about past triumphs, unless that is the focus of the event. IMHO. Thanks for posting this, I liked seeing him like this!

Wonder why he didn't mention the Drew Barrymore thing when asked the "what's next" questionin the video?
And....is he just being cagey about the Deadwood movie; or is he still so peeved at HBO that he won't appear?
What do you think?
Remember, a great quote about HBO: "Oh, They were lovely, until we all bought a house." Or something to that extent. Maybe someone can find the quote.

The Drew Barrymore series hadn't been officially announced when he did the interview, might he wasn't allowed to say until all the negotations were complete. As for Deadwood, have a listen to the Nerdist podcast, if you have time. (One of TO's best interviews IMHO). He explains that HBO canceled Deadwood just after they'd agreed a big pay rise for him & Ian McShane. He'd just bought the house hence had sign up for Hitman & Die Hard to pay it off. Also, David Milch has been having serious problems due to a gambling addiction according to Hollywood reporter plus he's committed to another project currently so would be long time before he could write a script for a film. I think Tim's just dubious it'll ever happen, I'm sure he'd love to be in it if it ever comes off.

Ian mcshane is 73....time may need to be a consideration! And Timothy loved working with David milch so my guess...he will be on board if/when there is a script!!!!! He can separate milch from the assholes at HBO!!!!!!!

He can separate milch from the assholes at HBO!!!!!!! hi all! Just arrived in NYC tonight. Twin towers memorial tomorrow... Then off-Broadway on Tuesday and W ednesday evenings. I'll try to watch Seth Meyer on Monday, with TO. I hope to see him after one of the performances, but if family is in town, not likely. As for Deadwood, I think it is unlikely due to the size of the cast. How could they get 12-15 ensemble members to mesh their schedules...? Their salaries would be huge. I don't expect to see this happen.

Good luck Mare27! If you meet TO be sure to mention our fan forum that sprang from the FX website. You represent us all. Thank him for 6 years of Justified, and tell him we all have become friends because of him!
Sarad- Yes, it was that podcast; thanks for the find. I've been vacant much of the time thanks to the typical life of an engineer.
