Just finished watching! What fun! I do wish that some of you gals would have been there to ask some real questions, though. Most of the questions were pretty lame and repetitive and could have used a dose of US! Nice to see everyone there. I missed Graham Yost and wished they would have given more time to Jacob and Erica, but can't complain. Hope you all could see it.

I thought it was cool. The little spoilers were great. Raylan, Boyd and Ava ending the season in horrible situations, Joelle will definitely be getting out of jail. Always get second hand embarrassment from audience questions though. And the moderator openly saying the twitter questions were lame was kind of a hoot. But honestly they were. Other than that it was great. And just like on the show you see Erica and Jacob for 2 seconds and then they're never seen or heard from again.

I am such a dingbat. I didn't think I'd be able to watch it because we can't do any streaming with our satellite internet. I figured out that I could watch it on my phone (different data plan) by the time it was half over. But I did get to see half of it! Tim is always so nice and compliments the other actors so much in these types of interviews. He always gives everyone else (deservedly so) so much credit and he just seems like such a great guy. I loved hearing him talk about his idea of having Danny fall in a hole as he was charging Raylan. I also liked hearing the writers talking about the writing process, and the bourbon. And of course, Tim talking about getting free stuff

I LOVED seeing the cast, especially at this point in the show ... now, where we are. Wow, what a treat this was to see, to hear them speak and articulate their experience in such an authentic way! I loved it so much because I've grown to love this show, this cast, and the writing so, so much. It is such a treat for real fans. And speaking of being a real fan ... having sincerely oozed and gushed that ... I am NOT a fan of Tom O'Neil. I was a frequent visitor of Gold Derby for a long time before Justified went on the air. And at Emmy time, year after year, I've listen to this ass pontificate on television of the season. He has a lot of involvement in Emmy buzz. I do not like how he's handled Justified over the years. He is not a fan of the show. And if he was to claim he was now? I'd call him out as a liar. I don't think he ever would. He does not speak kindly of the show at Emmy time. He does not promote the show as he does some others, his favorites. How he courts interviews with TO and then screws them up and over, screws up the airing and placement and promotion of the interviews, screws up screening questions ... as in they can't possibly be from 'the fans.' Because he alone has turned off so many fans and they left his site. What an a$$ kissing jerk. Kudos to TO for sitting next to the guy for the hour. If it was me? I couldn't do it. I couldn't sit beside such a self-serving, non-authentic jerk. Sure, you can say it's Tim's job ... to do whatever he has to do to promote his show. But there are some things that are harder to do than others. I don't know how he did it. There, I said it because someone needs to call this fake, self-inflated 'journalist' out. They can't. I just did.

I just rewatched and I was reminded that one of my favorite scenes (there have been soooo many) that is a favorite because it had such jaw droppingly good dialogue was the scene when Jere Burns said 'I'm gonna ride you like a teaser pony.' And terms like 'You can't go wrong with taupe' and 'bottled blonde' and on and on was soooo freaking good.
It remains one of my faves and why I love scenes between Raylan and Wynn Duffy.

Thanks, okey and mare for the link. I wasn't sure what the process was; you made it simple with the direct link.
I enjoyed the panel, although we didn't hear a whole lot of things we haven't heard or read about before. Seriously, I hope they were just joking about Art being dead by episode 1 next season. We know he's going to be in trouble next week and we've talked about him dying, but I hate to think it might really happen. Enough people have died. Just let the man retire.
I was surprised to hear Tim say that he wants next season to be a quieter one, featuring Raylan, Boyd and Ava. I guess Ava isn't going to die just yet. I agree that they're all in a very bad place now and it can't be just tied up in a pretty bow. (If they leave us hanging, I will scream, but I don't know how these characters can make radical changes toward stable happy lives in such a short time.) And I don't think it's reasonable to expect that. I'm afraid I can't envision Boyd and Ava making their living tending bar and styling hair. Or Raylan dividing his time between being a "responsible deputy" and a doting father. They all have too darn much baggage. I just don't want them to end up like Walter White. It would be such a waste of six years. The writers really have a job ahead of them in trying to satisfy the fans.
P.S. Didn't the ladies look beautiful? I always love when we get to see Rachel in something other than that awful deputy's uniform. She is gorgeous.

I don't know as much about him as you do, but anyone of us on this site could have asked way more interesting and probing questions. He was ridiculous.

Finally watched it. I have so much respect for that cast, and I'm going to miss them terribly after next season. I was glad to hear Tim say he wanted the show to slow down and focus on the 3 main characters that Justified focused on in the first season. I think that is a perfect idea because their lives have changed so much, and their is a special bond between those characters. Hopefully head honcho agrees with Tim on that idea too.
While it was fun seeing the gang relaxed, I wished folks had asked more in-depth questions about the process of the actors in their roles. I used to be an acting student many years ago, so I would love to have the opportunity to sit in a room with that cast and pick their brains about the process of developing and growing their characters over the last five years. I don't care about Wynn Duffy's eyebrows! The host could have exercised more control over the questions in my opinion. He could have researched beforehand and chose better twitter questions, as well.
Tim looked great, as usual, even with the bloodshot eyes. And you all know how much I love Walton. His skinny butt looked so good to me, and I love the facial hair. Takes the focus off that forehead. And yes, the ladies are so lovely. It's nice to see them get dressed up. Was Jacob wearing bifocals?
