So glad he made it but I don't necessarily agree that he's the reason that we tune in every week.

The best thing about that link was that as I clicked through, the article took me to a YouTube video of Carol and Doug from ER and George Clooney's surprise cameo in her exit episode. Now THAT'S the kind of ending I want for Raylan and Winona in the series finale.

I'm sure the reason people watch Justified is different for each individual, but I personally like the interaction between Raylan and Boyd. Together, they make the show the success that it is. Though it's hard to imagine what the show would be without Walton, at least for me.

Thanks for the link Dolphin. While I really watch Justified every week for Raylan, I do enjoy Walton's Boyd very much. I'm glad they didn't kill him off.

I don't believe there would be a show if it weren't for the yin/yang of Raylan and Boyd.
But I'm not gonna lie. I tune each week to see Raylan (TO). Raylan is the hero, and I gravitate toward heroes. However, Boyd does bring the show to a whole 'nother level. I'm very glad they didn't kill him off in the pilot.

It's the 'two sides of the same coin' and all the 'what-ifs' that Raylan and Boyd's relationship with each other, their fathers, and Harlan that give the show an undercurrent that most shows don't have. That said...I watch for Raylan, not Boyd. And I wonder if we will share Walton's surprise at Boyd's actions this season?

I mean, he's killed, blown sh*t up. On the other side, he found religion (and lost it again). The only thing I can entertain is that losing Ava to an 'Orange is the new New Black' jumpsuit drives him nuts?
