Just signed. Wouldn't it be nice if Kentucky (and other states) would re-train their people to work in clean energy jobs? This would not be easy of course, but in the long run, it would be so much better. How many coal miners really like their job and the probability of black lung disease? They do it because they have to support their families. Wouldn't it be wonderful if they had another choice?
