I saw that on ABC. Mint-chocolate chip is my favorite flavor, but I don't think I fit the description at all. (I'm more like the Chocolate-chip description.) However, Winona does. I think Tim is a Rainbow-Sherbert!!

Yeah, I agree about Tim. My favorite, Butter Pecan, isn't on the list...so chocolate comes in 2nd. I don't think I'm seductive....but I know I'm a flirt and I can be gullible.

Mine isn't on the list either. My second favorite would be chocolate but that description doesn't really fit me, except the lively part. Not sure about charming...I haven't been told I'm charming, lol.

Mocha chocolate chip for me. And you can throw in some almonds if you wish. Baskin Robbins had this flavor at one time. Since I have to watch sugars and carbs, I rarely eat the good stuff anymore. I reslly miss it.

I tend to like the fruit flavors, so Very Berry Strawberry does fit my personality. I also really like Vanilla, but I'm certainly not impulsive.
Was it Raylan (in the books) who liked Vanilla, or am I just imagining that?

I love how Raylan is a vanila man...the very last way I would describe Raylan...and my fav is Baskin and Robbins Chocolate chip Mint...they do slivers and not chunks of chocolate. I am thinking growing up in Harlan...they had maybe two or three flavors...the basics...vanilla, chocolate and maybe strawberry...and the boy liked his vanilla and we all know...there is much of the boy in the man.

I just watched "The Bridge on the River Kwai" the old WWII movie starring William Holden...this is a favorite of mine, made in 1957. (It was on the TV in Joe's bar in "Hatless", which is what made me think of watching it.) Anyway, it occurred to me that if it were to be re-made, TO would be the perfect actor to play William Holden's hero part. It's a war/action drama, but there is a light moment or two. There is a funny moment when Holden's character has plans with the navy nurse and then they are interrupted...her line is "don't tell me, you're going to stand me up?" and he answers, while chasing her into the ocean, "you couldn't be more wrong!" I thought it was pretty risqué for 1957...but I could see TO as that character saying that line, it would be perfect!
Got me thinking, what other classic films would be a perfect showcase for TO? Maybe some of Jack Nicholson's roles, when he was young and thin and usually a sort of a smart ass...Five Easy Pieces? The Last Detail? Maybe the James Caan role in "Cinderella Liberty" the sailor on leave. or High Noon, he would be perfect for the Gary Cooper role. I am sure showing my age, but what the heck. Just a thought.

I've not watched a lot of classic films (not sure how old a film is before it becomes a classic). If we are talking remakes, another Jack Nicholson role TO could do is RP McMurphy in "One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest." Hawkeye in "M.A.S.H." Tim Robbins' role in "Shawshank Redemption." More modern, he could totally do Jack Sparrow in "Pirates of the Caribbean."

The others might work, I just can't picture it. Nicholson is so iconic in 'Cuckoo's Nest'....I can't see anyone else doing that. He would be good in a reverse role 'Beverly Hills Cop' kind of thing...this time the black guy could be the straight man and he could take the Eddie Murphy smart-ass role. What about romantic comedy? I could see him in one of those, maybe a modern take on one of the old Tracy/Hepburn vehicles like Adam's Rib or Woman of the Year. He'd be good in the Henry Fonda role in 'Twelve Angry Men', too. This is fun!

This is fun! I could totally see him play R.P. McMurphy. Couldn't you see him get into it with Nurse Ratched? Going from charming to smart ass to pissed to manic? Whoa. Playing cards with Billy and Martini and the rest of the loons? TO could do his hair crazy hair. He has that mega watt, boyish big grin (like Jack), where he could be amused at himself and the lunatics? Scamming the psychiatrist? Overconfident. And of course, we know he could kill the drama when the story turns dark. I think he would be awesome! But it's never going to happen. All these roles are iconic. We're dreaming on all of these. Yes, I could so see him in some of the classic 'buddy' movie roles ... as you mention. He plays off of others so well.

I forgot about Cuckoo's Nest, I know they'll never re-make it, but yes I can see TO there. For all the reason's you mentioned, he'd be perfect.
Trying to picture him as Capt Jack Sparrow, can't quite see it. The dreadlocks and eye makeup...I guess I don't want to see TO like that. Twelve Angry Men/ Henry Fonda role, I like that!
I still am interested in seeing him in the romantic comedy/drama role, loved him in Catch and Release, which wasn't quite the formula rom/com, but he was wonderful. Something with weight, but still some romance, would be good. Loved his character in The Perfect Getaway...someone could write a screenplay about that character and I would be there to see it. He stole the show, I thought.
And I would be interested in a film about the next chapter for Dick from High Life, one of my favorite film roles for TO. Agree, This IS fun!

Out of that list I would pick Pralines 'n' Cream. I guess I tend to want to avoid the spotlight unless I'm in a play, of course. LOL

What about the "Raiders" franchise? He could easily and comfortably do that iconic role..heck Harrison is over 60 and still doing stunts. I would love to see him get a franchise of his own...yes, based on Raylan - they could do movies. Heck if Tom Selleck hadn't talen the Jesse Stone franchise...hey how about the Robert Urich "Spenser for Hire" franchise...movies only - like two a year...giving him time for other stuff and Urich has been gone long enough. That Spenser was sexy, smart, sensitive yet could be violent at times
