This looks like it could be good. Thanks for the link weegie. "Limited release" means it won't show at the theatres in my area. I'll have to wait for the DVD.

I'd watch for it on the indie cable channels. I love this type of movie. Have you noticed what's out there in theaters this summer? Fan boy crap. Hardly a decent, thoughtful, quirky film in the bunch.

Hardly a decent, thoughtful, quirky film in the bunch. Just saw a preview for a new movie called The Way, Way Back. It looked good so I checked out some reviews. More than one reviewer compared it to Little Miss Sunshine from a few years ago, so it might be the kind of quirky film you're looking for. Summer is always blockbuster time, and I do like some of them. The Heat was hilarious and World War Z was intense and scary. DH wants to see White House Down, so I suppose we will. Sigh. The things we do for love.

Just saw that the DVD of this film is now listed on Amazon as being released in Nov 2013, about $20. I'd like to see it, but on a budget, may not be enough TO time to be worth owning. we'll see...

This movie showed up on my Netflix, so I watched it today. Not my cup of tea, but for the under 5 minutes that TO was on the screen, it was fun to see him... SO glad I never bought the DVD tho...
and by the way, I tried locating other TO films on Netflix and could only find "Damages", "Dealing with Idiots" and "Scream 2" Out of all the TV/films he's been in...I was very surprised.
I can find High Life, Perfect Getaway, Coastlines, and several others and of Course Deadwood and Justified on Amazon Prime, so, glad for that.
Anyway, y'all have a great night, anxious for next Tuesday!
