Multi-episode arcs. This is what we've all been talking about. I think it may have originally been suggested by wkw. It will allow for passage of time that will take us up to the birth of the baby, instead of the one or two weeks passing for or between episodes.
As for the thirty year old mystery, color me intrigued. I live for this stuff. Arlo's comment in the promo about his not being responsible for all of Raylan's angst? Was Raylan's mom in some way responsible? We better find out more about Frances in season 4, or I'm going to be royally pissed. There is just too much that we do not know. And Raylan does not know it either. How mysterious. How awesome. I can't wait to find out.
