Cool beans. I'll have to put in on my DVR. I can just see him on Sesame Street with some lovely innuendos thrown in. BTW, not sure when I will be back on the Board. I'm having gallbladder surgery tomorrow and I'm not sure how long I'll be laid up. "Talk" to you guys soon. I'll miss not reading all your posts about our guy but will catch up when I can.

Best of luck with the surgery, kat, and a speedy recovery. I had mine removed laparoscopically about 8 years ago and was out and about very quickly with no negative effects. I hope yours goes just as well.

Here's hoping it all goes well for you, katcoblue.
Do you think they'll have TO on wearing his stetson or just being casual dad TO? If he's The Man in a Hat, will one of the Muppets try to call him out, leading to a lesson about playing well with others?
Anyway, I just love that he's doing this. Finally something that he can share with even his youngest daughter.

Best wishes, katcoblue. Hope you are feeling good very soon.
I had mine removed about 6 years ago. I did fine.
I remember it took a little while for digestion to settle down, adjust ... but nothing near what the gallbladder symptoms were like.

Hope all goes well with your surgery, katco. My brother had this surgery a couple of years a go. He had to take it easy for a few days, but bounced back pretty quickly---AND felt a lot better after havin g that nasty old gall bladder out. Hope you will , too.

P.S. Thanks, cherry, for the heads up on Sesame Street. I watched this show so many times with my kids when they were little. I just love the show. (My youngest had a Kermit puppet that he loved, but one Christmas he had only one request: a Kermit the Frog with legs.) Of course, I was only to happy to oblige. We also bought the extra clothes. Some years later, he gave Kermit and all of the clothes to a friend of my older son who was seriously ill and loved Kermit, too.
Long story short, About five years ago I saw another Kermit the frog with legs advertized. I bought it as a birthday surprise for my son. He works with children with mental health problems and he keeps it in his office for the kids. I'm sure that other lovers of Sesame Street have stories that they could tell too. It's a wonderful show and has enriched countless lives. I would bet that Timothy has watched it with his kids and loves it , too. I can't wait to see him on the show.

I see leiderhosen. Will Timothy be yodeling lol? Now that would be something! Especially since he is "officially" tone deaf (mcm's verdict not mine). As for the shirt -- men in checkered shirts, always good, tim gets away even with slightly overly bright turquoise lol I wonder if the dark blue henley is the same he has worn before a couple of times. Am I obsessed?

And he wears that same shirt for everything. He needs a new gig so he can steal a new shirt. If he yodels. I will literally scream with glee. And he really does suck at singing. Night visions is documented proof.

Yup, just got my google alert on the SS Street thing, very cool. Raylan on ecstasy, lol! He does look great in that color, or anything for that matter. Katco, good luck on the surgery. I suck at singing too so I guess we're even also lol!
