I watched the two episodes from season 7 the other day. I thought the first one, The Sting, was quite funny, the second one, Costume Contest, was kind of lame though. For some reason I was never into The Office. Maybe because I worked in an office for almost 15 years and I hated it most of the time.
My favorite moment from The Sting: Michael introduces Danny to the rest of the staff as a new sales rep and one of the women goes "F*ck me". (I am aware that these are swear words and that they are not meant literally, but still some kind of double entendre going on there somewhere....)

Lol. I agree, Christina, that was the funniest line! Imagine you work in this dumpy office and in walks somebody looking like Timothy Olyphant? What else would you say? Girl couldn't help herself, lol.

I laughed at that and the male model comment too.

You are spoiling us with all these ginormous photos, alphamare. Is this behind the scenes interview with TO available online? I remember watching it on Hulu way back when. He seemed to really enjoy working with the cast and crew of "The Office.' Personally, I thought they squandered the opportunity somewhat by not letting TO unleash his dry wit. Kelly's stunned F-bomb and Michael's insistence that TO was a male model were funny bits. But next time let TO play too. Here is a link to deleted scenes from "The Sting," some with TO: There was a video of a deleted scene of "Michael's Last Dundees" with an amusing moment with TO and Michael in classic Michael being excrutiatingly inappropriate mode. But it seems to be gone.

I think I liked these out-takes more than some of the scenes that were actually shown!

I laughed at that and the male model comment too. Yeah that was great too!! I watched it with my husband -- he understood the meaning (his English is quite good) but he didn't get why I found it all so funny which was funny in itself. I also thought it was funny how Michael and his colleagues they were spying on the Danny character from another room and when the woman that Danny thinks he is selling to goes all gooey after he has taken off his coat and Michael tells her over her earpiece or something: "Don't look at him!" However, her going all crazy like she was drunk was over the top for my taste. Also thanks for that beautiful cap. I really appreciate it!

But next time let TO play too. I couldn't agree with you more. Thanks for the link, kentuckygal! alphamare-- I hadn't seen this interview yet. Sweet! Typical TO interview with him gesturing all the time, scratching his arm, big eyes, big smile. I have the biggest crush on his public persona.

Christina, I was never into The Office, either. I watched from time to time, and it had its moments, but I think I didn't warm to it because I am not a Steve Carell fan. While Michael is meant to be a painfully unfunny and clueless character, I find that he seems to be the same person in a lot of his movies, too. Type casting?
I watched both of the Tim episodes and I thank everyone for the clips. Thought the bloopers were funnier than the actual show. Just MHO.

Just come across this - it's a read-through/ rehearsal of a scene. Love the look of concentration on Tim's face when he's reading script between takes.

Thanks for that. He was so fantastic as Danny Cordray.
There is also a deleted scene from another episode where he appears in the next Dundies awards.

Oh, (how fondly) do we remember when T.O.'s future 'boss' (Mindy Kaling) so eloquently expressed our collective thoughts (f***me') upon seeing 'Danny Cordray' (AKA, the male model) for the first time!
Obviously just another member of the 'We Love ❤️ Timmy Club' (along with SJP and Rose Burn)

There's almost two hours of deleted scenes for season 7.... He's shown at 25:15 for about two minutes and at 1:23:00 (deleted scene from the Dundies). "Look how good looking that guy is!"

That's in the season 7 bloopers. I can only imagine how many times they had to film that.
I was just thinking about this guest spot because it must be why Mike Schur said he sort of knows Tim!
