I have Raylan "on order" at Barnes and Noble. Can't WAIT for the 17th - I think I've said that somewhere before - haha. Thx for the link to the Elmore interview book - I love his books.

My copy was delivered to my Kindle tonight. Reading it now. As soon as it's out there, ready to be discussed, I've got a bone to pick with Elmore Leonard. I know it's fiction ... but there's one topic that's very close to home with me ... and I'm not buying his story. It's a tall, tall tale. I would also bust his chops on Memphis Bar-B-Que. I was born in Memphis, parents still live there ... have visited many, many times in my life. Joints that were mentioned as the best would be those chosen by a tourist, never by a local. The story ideas are good ... but the research is off, making the story less plausible for me, even for fiction.
